PRIVACY STATEMENT:

At SerenityGardens.com, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders only. The information and your identity is NEVER used, by us, for another purpose, nor is it shared, sold or given, in any form, to any third party for any reason.

What information do we collect?
When you order, we need to know your name, mailing/shipping address, e-mail address and telephone number.
If you are paying by credit card, we need the type of card, the card number plus expiration date and your name as it appears on the card.

How do we use it?
The need for your name and mailing/shipping address is obvious.
The e-mail address is used for order confirmation and shipping schedule notification. If necessary, it is also used to clarify any element of the order that may be in question.
The telephone number is included on the shipping labels to assist the shipper in the event problems arise in delivery. (This is a mandatory requirement of many shippers.)
The need for your credit card information (if used) is also obvious. (The magnetic strip on the back of your card contains all of this information plus your personal identity including address.) Therefore, our submission for payment, to the card issuer, requires that we provide the information to avoid any fraudulent use.

We do not deploy "cookies"!
Unlike the regular "Shopping Cart" type of data collection/tabulation systems, we do not access nor write any information to your system, at any time. The only "trail" of your visit to our site, exists only within your browser history list, which ,of course, is totally under your control.

All of this allows us to process and fulfill your orders, notify you of your order receipt and status, as well as clarifying any issues.


SECURITY STATEMENT:

At SerenityGardens.com there is no need to question the security of information transmitted over the internet. Our secure servers fully encrypt sensitive data for safe, trouble-free transactions. We utilize all of the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect any and all information you entrust to us.
Personal data and credit card information transmitted online is encrypted while in transit, so that even if the information is intercepted, because it's encrypted, it is useless to a would-be thief.
Once retrieved from our secure servers, all data is transferred to a seperate "off line" (no modem access) system. Here it is inaccessible to any "hacking" activity.
Shopping with us online, using your credit card is actually safer than going to your local store or restaurant.
There is no one else handling pieces of paper containing all this sensitive information!


DELIVERY-SHIPPING POLICY:

We normally maintain an inventory level that allows shipment of your order from "same day" to "within two (2) business days", from the day we receive the order, on a Monday through Friday basis.
The shipping cost that is "automatically" quoted when you place your order is based on FedEx ground transit and includes insurance and tracking. Ship weights of under 10 pounds will ship via FedEx Smart PostŪ. This will save you $3.00 in ship cost plus provide Saturday and/or P.O. box deliveries. These are "actual" costs and nothing else is added.
The normal "in transit" time depends on distance of delivery point from Atlanta, GA.. This will, traditionally, range from 1 business day local to 5 business days West Coast.
Within 24 hours of your order receipt we will send a "confirming e-mail". This confirmation will specify the ship date and estimated in-transit time. We, of course, cannot "guarantee" a specific delivery day as it is beyond our control.


RETURN-REPLACEMENT POLICY:

IF an item is damaged in shipment, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY!!
Retain all shipping material for possible inspection by Carrier. The damaged item(s) will be replaced at no cost to you.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason;
Send us an e-mail within 14 days of receipt, describing the reason for return. We will send you a RMA # to identify the return. Then simply return it, prepaid, in the original carton , for a refund.
Your purchase price (less original shipping) will be credited to your charge card or a check issued, depending on method of original payment.
